I booked two rooms, both very very basic rooms. There isn't a kettle in the rooms but staff on reception provided one and a mug when asked with no problem. The window in my room wouldn't shut properly, I think the seal had gone a bit so it was cold and really loud at night despite not facing into a busy road. The other room I had booked just next door for my mum was a decent temperature and quiet. I did pay for breakfast but it isn't made clear when booking that this is continental only and not a cooked breakfast and the selection on offer seemed pretty poor for £8.50 each. Plugs were limited in the room and in the corner nowhere near the bed and also not near a mirror either so not great if you want to do your hair. Bed was comfy, quite firm and the pillows were nice. There were some marks on the bedding and I did wake up with glitter on my face which hadn't come from me or anything I was wearing so had been from the bed. I'd also recommend taking socks or slippers or something similar as it's a hard floor and can be quite cold. As somewhere just to sleep, it was fine and really convenient for the arena, but just very basic and I don't think I'd visit again.

No lamps or outlets next to the bed so having to get up or sit at the end of the bed to looked my ph was hella annoying. No refrigerator so my extra drinks got warm n not ice buckets so I could at lease leave my drinks in the sink. The area was ok anything more than a block away got real sketchy especially late at night. Taking expensive Ubers cause walking late at night wasn’t safe
