Unhelpful lazy staff. My TV didn’t work, Isde two trips down to reception was then told someone would come to my room in ten minutes. I waited couldn’t get in the shower. Still no one turned up, after 30 minutes I went back down to reception where I was told “ I forgot “ not even sorry I forgot. So an hour and a half after arriving at 8pm I had to move rooms. Terrible service, no plug near a mirror to use a hairdryer, no yea making facilities in your room. It wasn’t even the cheapest I could have gone to but it definitely was the worse 😡

Just Okay hotel for high price in a not very nice part of London. Room was small and basic but clean. No hair dryer, no fridge in room. Staff were nice enough but I didn’t need much help. One lift was broken half the time I was there and when fixed, the lights broke so it rode in the dark. Not that big of a deal, but in my opinion for what it is the price should be about half what they charge.

Cleaning is good, staff is good. Less amenities in the rooms like no kettle for hot coffee or tea.
