Decent room for the price, ideal if you just need a place for the night but don’t want to pay through the nose.

Check in slow but staff were very helpful once we got to check in - if staying leave time for a delayed check in

Great budget hotel, Cleanliness was ok for the price spent but shower layout very confined Cleaning services are a bit slow for rooms and one day was completely missed even though cleaners did the room next to us If a full English breakfast was available would pay for breakfasts, however options with continental breakfast were limited

Above and beyond customer service. They helped receive my lost luggage before my arrival. Food options were great especially late night pizza. Big rooms with lots of light, super clean, and nice bed.

The hotel was good overall, although the location is a little outside the city centre. The room was perfectly suitable for a stay of a few nights, but for a longer stay I would probably choose a more spacious room. The cleanliness was at a good level, although you can clearly tell that this is a budget hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. A particular plus was the option to book an Uber to the airport for the following morning using the machine in the hotel. Interestingly, the price offered through the hotel’s machine was slightly cheaper than booking the same journey through the Uber app.

Horrible hotel. Sketchy entrance to building through a parking lot with homeless people. Smelly hallways and musty and dirty. Room had an awful smell and found hair on bed and in sink. I left. Could not stay there and complained to hotel. They replied they would speak to manger and no reply. Silence. Charged me for 2 nights and I did not stay there. Went to room and left immediately. Avoid this hotel. Worse than living on a park bench. Avoid this hotel!!
