The hotel was just alright, still a budget option. The advertised air conditioning is not controlled in your room but centrally by the hotel. Room was still warm and they duscourage opening the windows at night and do not have fans available. No coffee, fridge or hand towels in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you want a better room then try the adjacent Novotel.

Rooms are the size of box. You cannot fit more than two suitcases and open them . Staff was very unfriendly - trying to make money and quote strange Swiss rules to make money.
