Stayed for 4 days. Nice stay! Didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel, but it served its purpose well. Nice and helpful staff. Our room was ready early so we got to check in earlier upon arrival, which was very much appreciated.

Central and convenient location. Nice lobby interior. Staff were not very helpful. Room was spacious but lacked basic amenities (e.g. no tea) and lacked a small dining table for a family room. Air conditioning was not cold enough. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Only 10 hotel parking spaces and was full when we arrived (did not advertise had to book in advance), so had to park down the road at the public Interpark. Overall, great base for exploring Brussels by foot and impressive decor, but basic room and service…

We didn't stay. Checked out almost as soon as we checked in because the room they gave us was tiny with a tiny venue window up a couple of flights of very narrow steep stairs which were very difficult for me to manage. As was the bath as I can't get into a bath. There were no other rooms to swap to. The room was nothing like the ones on the sites.
