Our 3rd stay at the Hyatt Etoile in the last 4 years. Has become our favorite in Paris. Convenient access to the Metro. And the views are some of the best in all of Paris. When we arrived for check in there was a HUGE tour group checking in all at the same time and since our room was prepaid the staff helped expedite our check in, which was very much appreciated since we only had one evening in Paris for this trip. Great restaurant options nearby.

The hotel was very nice, great beds, clean room and everything close to the Metro. However, the waiting in line for check in, and to talk to anyone about anything, was way too long. We waited 40 minutes in line just to get to the front desk to check in. It felt like being at the airport. Other than that, everything was fine.
