Door to pool fell off the hinges as a lady opened it. Hot tub worked the first day but the jets did not work the second day. Bar is hardly ever open. Got a rancid glass of red wine and told the bartender. He said they do t serve that kind much and that was all he said. Did not offer refund or another type of wine. Asked for a vodka with grapefruit as was skeptical about ordering wine after the first time. I saw the bartender smelling the juice in the bottle and I told him I would pass on that as well. Asked for towels for room and it took so long g we could not shower before our dinner reservation. Do not recommend this hotel at all!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was easy although pricey. There were plenty of walking distance food options too,

It’s a good budget hotel. My safe didn’t work but as this was a business trip I didn’t have time to get it fixed or to change rooms - I just requested no service to the room. I didn’t get the room I booked but again, was there for work so didn’t bother to waste time to change it.

No stairs to 2 floor rooms. Emergency stairs only. Spouse doesn’t use elevators. Every thing else was fine. We won’t use it again.
