The hotel was clean and offered bar snacks in the evening so if you didn't want to go out you didn't have to. Larry at the front desk had the best customer service skills! He was friendly to everyone and very helpful whenever I needed anything. He even gave me a great tip to save money on my trip back from the airpor!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The valet parking was a lifesaver and so convenient! We were able to leave our car safely parked while we used rideshares or hopped on the Metro to commute around the city. Breakfast was delicious! My daughter lost her smartwatch in the room and noticed it was missing after we had checked out. We went back and they helped us find it. I would definitely stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay here. The room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious, and the location is very convenient with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing this place has going for it is its location. But there are plenty of hotels around that im sure are far better. Our room was dirty, the carpets were very stained and looked like they'd never been cleaned. The closet was dusty, and the sink in the bathroom was broken, which they PUT TAPE ON AS A WAY TO "FIX" IT. the little bit of glistening you see in the pic is literal tape they put over the cracks in the sink in the underside of the sink/counter. It still kept leaking anyways which is why we discovered it. The management here is awful. The young service desk people are very nice. However, Frank and Tiffany are a nightmare to deal with. The hotel charged me twice for valet and for the reservation without reaching out to explain what happened. It took me calling at which I was met with nothing but defensive attitude from Frank. All Tiffany did when I called back was hang up on me as soon as she heard who was calling. The breakfast was not good either day we were there, they're cheap for making bacon strips into bits instead of just serving the whole slices of bacon to the guests. Everything was dry, poor quality, and flavorless. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
