We were greeted by Jeff as soon as we got out of the taxi. He took our bags to the front desk. He asked if we were going on a cruise the next day. We said yes! He asked if we would like him to reserve a cab. We said yes and the cab was waiting for us right when Jeff said it would be there. He really took care of us. We’re going back to this hotel next year. The accommodation’s were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The only thing missing from it was any pastries. That would have been nice to have, but overall, it was good.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I also really liked that the breakfast was different each day, which gave it some nice variety. The location was great—only a 2–3 minute walk to the beach and about a 5-minute walk to the park and zoo. I didn’t have a car during my stay and mainly relied on the bus and walking. I only used Lyft once, to get to Kōloa Ranch, so the location was very convenient for getting around without a car.The price was also great for what you get. My only downside would be the elevators. There are only two elevators per tower, and every other day, it seemed like only one was working. Depending on what floor you’re staying on, you may not want to take the stairs. I once waited about 15–20 minutes for an elevator. Other than the elevator situation, I had no complaints and would definitely consider staying here again.

Large clean room, really helpful staff and excellent location . Did everything we needed as a base for 3 nights really well, and the free breakfast whilst limited did a job. The lifts to the higher floors were incredibly slow, and on departure one wasn’t working which meant we had a 25 minute wait to get down with all of our cases. Towels, chairs and boogie boards for the beach were really good and free. Didn’t use the pool but the area around it was clean but not very glamorous

Rooms were spotlessly clean, main areas are dated especially the chairs in the lounge areas definateley need replacing. Pool area small and very basic and sunloungers broken. Great facility to use towels beach chairs and boards to take to beach close by.

Very friendly and proactive staff. Easy walk to the beach. That area of Waikiki beach is very walkable with lots to do. The breakfast buffet was a nice bonus - good variety and well stocked. Don’t eat outside if you don’t like birds :)
