Our room was clean and the staff was super helpful! Breakfast was so-so. The parking garage was right next door, so not too far to drag your luggage.

Everything about this place was great. Nice, clean spacious rooms, nice comfortable beds, couch, nice shower, very good breakfasts, easy in/out use of parking ramp adjacent to the hotel and located right in the middle of Licoln's Haymarket area. Easy walking distance to Pinacle Bank Arena, Memorial Stadium and Haymarket Park. Lots of great options for bars, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

The room we were given had exceptionally high humidity in it. So much so the bedding was damp, towels, eventually our clothes. I called the front desk. When nobody came, I went to the front desk where a sticky note was placed on a laptop. The maintenance guy (who was awesome) said the unit had a clogged drain, set the school to 65 I let him know we’d be gone all day. Upon our return, it was still awful. They moved us to another room. My daughter ended up sick. It smelled like mold in that room. The grout was black, brown and white in the shower. The shower head had thick mineral build up. After changing rooms, you could see where paint had been applied over issues in the bathroom of that room too. The thermostats didn’t work, at all. The breakfast was meh. The location is great for going to a game if you don’t bring clothes, electronics or expect a clean space. Parking was easy.
