Friendly staff and clean rooms, but a disappointing view The staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, our room on the second floor overlooked what appeared to be the hotel’s cooling equipment. An illuminated billboard directly outside the window above the bed stayed lit all night, so we had to keep the blackout curtains closed. These issues made the room less comfortable than we had hoped.

We really like the world map. It was great to be able to see all of the places that we’ve been visited. We especially appreciated the fact that it was realistic, making the continent of Africa, the largest continent on the map.

It’s a great place to stay if you need to get into the city. The bar is great. The food is really good too!! Room is clean and the place smells good. Sounds silly but it matters. The staff is kind and considerate.
