Low ceiling & stuffy room. Have to open windows for ventilation but outside of windows have pigeons & their dropping was everywhere on the awning/roof for lower floor. Uncomfortable pillows. First room with noisy clanking sound from central vent system then changed to second room in a dash with helpful front desk staff & the follow-up checking by a technician.

Good breakfast, good staff, room clean. There were 2 main problems that made me really upset. First and most important was because the the shower didn't drain properly, causing water to pool up past our ankles (I asked for a solucion in the front desk, but nothing happend). Second, there were no wall sockets near the bed, what is expected on a good hotel nowaday.

Great spot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little run down and unfortunately we were by the elevator so a bit loud. But the staff were very helpful and breakfast was great. Close to the main plaza but a little removed.
