Howard hotel is home away from home lovely and in every way, thoughtful immaculate and quiet. I received a lovely upgrade, which was so lovely and with all of its amenities- a delight . I will return Again And Again again.

If this rating was only based on the room I would give 5. But the overall experience was disappointing due to total absence of any staff or front desk. This is not a hotel...despite being called one. Nobody is there to help you or advise you. We saw absolutely not a single staff. This shouldn't be the case. One main reason for staying in a hotel is interaction and receiving hospitality. This is not a hospitality establishment. I think the owner should spend a bit to have someone at least parts of the day there. There's no breakfast and no parking. Bear that in mind. We lost valuable time in the morning trying to find breakfast. What stops them from putting a couple of cereals and a bottle of milk? Parking was tight but we managed. Overall lovely room but very let down on hospitality and service.

Extremely clean and comfortable, great location and fabulous restaurant Via Cassia,right next door! Management very helpful!
