Very nice hotel with a great, friendly, and helpful staff. It’s a pity that the facilities aren’t as well maintained. For example, there aren't enough pool towels, and you sometimes have to wait for them to come out of the laundry. At the beach, there aren't enough sun loungers for everyone, or perhaps there are, but many non-hotel guests come and use them, and none of the hotel staff ask them to leave. The breakfast offers a rich and wide selection, but unfortunately, it wasn't very tasty... such a shame. Overall, it's a nice hotel, and despite everything, we enjoyed our stay

Excellent stay, clean rooms and kind staff. The sunsets are unforgettable and one of the best breakfast buffets we have had in Albania!

Wonderful hotel with breathtaking scenery and an amazing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Highly recommended!

Overall good experience. Room missing a kettle, toilet roll and was missed one day for a room clean. Breakfast buffet could be better. Same everyday. Juice and coffee were poor quality. You are not allowed to take any drinks or snacks to the pool area, they make you sign at check-in or risk being fined.
