Everything about this hotel was amazing! Super friendly and helpful staff, recommended restaurants and where to go in our very short stay. The rooms were amazing, really cool decor and awesome that they were themed with recycled materials throughout! Also very clean! There’s even a cute little greeter pup at the front door. :) We can’t wait to visit Maastricht again, and will definitely stay at this hotel for sure!

very large and spacious rooms and bathroom. They give you a fridge in your room with a variety of drinks for 2.50 each. Extra coffee pods also. There is not a 24 hr front desk. They leave at 2;00 and leave your room key in a box for you to get. Its very easy and they are in constant contact with you via email if you have any questions. NOTE: wifi was terrrible. I kept getting thrown off and kept having to resign in. When i was signed in I barely got one bar. Also their pillows are super hard and big. Some people like that but it inhibited a good nights sleep.

Kevin was AMAZING!! He communicated via email and responded within minutes. He left the key for us at front door. We got extra towels and an extra blanket. Anything you asked for was provided. One complaint was the wifi didn’t really work but it didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. 10/10. I will come back.
