Firstly I LOVE the concept of this hotel giving you 24h from check-in to check out. It's super helpful if you arrive on a late flight, which is normal in Almaty I believe. The staff was helpful and the property was very clean with a convenient location. However, for hot summer days, keep in mind there is NO AC! I don't think this is usually a problem in Almaty as it gets cold in winter, but my top-floor single room was ROASTING on a 35C August day and I hardly slept at all :( They eventually gave me a fan, but yeah it was very uncomfortable and I left early. I think this heat was a rarity however so just check the weather before you come here.

Very basic rooms in a neighborhood that is not sound very clean. The room does not have any air conditions, so it's very difficult to be in the room during summer months when it's too hot.

Clean room, confortable bed and hot water, but one dustbin with an empty box of condons had not been emptied. The absence of AC in very hot weather and poor ventilation were drawbacks.

Excellent location and a really pleasant stay. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The room is small but very cozy, with a fridge and a strong shower, which is always a big plus. Nothing to complain about at all, especially at this price.

when i asked to keep my luggage after check out I was charged 300 KZT for every suitcase, peanuts, but it's disappointing, I've never faced before. No water offered, I found the only socket to charge phone in the room.

The room is great, very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room has a TV, kettle, refrigerator. I really liked the shower, hot water, very comfortable. The staff is polite and very helpful.
