Fairly basic hotel - not much to recommend it inside on first impression (no coffee/tea, water, no extra blankets, hearing not working) and a bit tired and in need of an update of in terms of decoration. Was broken into the night we stayed which was quite terrifying. No security, no alarms going off, no information on how to call for help - just lots of smashing glass and banging - very poor setup in terms of security and process. Resulted in armed police asking everyone to leave their rooms in the early hours of the morning. Then noise through the night as the services secured the hotel so chance of sleep. Staff could not have cared less and didn’t even take the time to update in the morning. Refused to refund for not getting a wink of sleep - fortunately service from Hotels.com was brilliant as always but even they got nothing but rudeness from the hotel. Truly dreadful customer service - left a day early even though still had to pay fur the room. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS! Really - don’t give it a second look - though still had to pay fur the room. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS! - the admin team really are that bad!

Very nice hotel great breakfast the staff very nice was offered help to carry luggage from the ladies that do housekeeping. At the front desk as well very nice . My room was upgraded for no charge

So I thought this was a nice place well located in Bruges, not so central which also made it quite quiet. We parked in the train station car park which is 10 mins walk but less than half the price of the nearest car park. It doesn't have air con though, which is probably normally not a problem but the room was very hot and it wasn't that hot outside. You can pay a lot in Bruges i would say this is about right.

Great location and good price. We were in the annex at the back with the entrance being on a back street. economy room had a mould smell (mentioned to the staff but no remedied) and the outdoor garden had a broken planter and back garden was not secure.
