A shocking experience. My flight was cancelled, so I sent the hotel a message through the Hotels.com app, using the option clearly labelled “Contact hotel”, to explain that I would arrive the following day. When I arrived, I was told my room had been resold and the hotel was full. Staff initially denied that I had contacted them. When I showed the receptionist the message, he said they did not read Hotels.com messages. I was left without a room during a busy trade show and had to find accommodation in another town at significant extra cost. The receptionist was rude, defensive and unhelpful throughout. The hotel initially refused to refund the first night; it did so only after I supplied a screenshot of my message to the booking platform. I would strongly advise against staying here. A hotel that provides a “Contact hotel” messaging route should read the messages it receives, and guests should not be left stranded because it fails to do so.

A full of insects Fly and mosquito Hotel. Many issues in the room like safe deposit box problem, shower cabinet door problem, and the dryer is not working most of the time. And staff is not helpful

When we arrived, the bed had not been made and there were no blankets provided, only a mattress cover. We had to go downstairs to ask the receptionist, who gave us a blanket cover and we had to make the bed ourselves. The blanket was also too small for the bed. Although the weather was hot, that is not a reason to leave the room without proper bedding. The room was located on the first floor facing the street, so it was quite noisy during the night. The room itself was small, but otherwise acceptable. No parking but there’s the Interparking just in front of the property. I booked in advance and paid 45 euros for 2 days. Train station just in front and 20m walk to the city center.

Close to all amenities, train station nearby,hop on and hop off stop, beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast available on site. Clean room. Cleaning staff found my charger which I thought was lost. Grateful to have found it.
