I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was fantastic, very central and convenient for getting around Barcelona. The hotel itself was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only minor downside was that we could hear some noise from the room next door. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room is very small. Bed felt like I was sleeping on an ironing board. Not comfortable at all!! No privacy in bathroom. Great location but room was bare basics. Really bare! lol

Location was great, staff was great, rooftop bar was great! Romm was not what I would consider great. Very basic and small room. Bathroom did not have a door, the wc did, but it didn't shut all the way, not a real door, had a gap so privacy wasn't really good. Our room had stairs when you walked in that were dangerous as we did not know or expect them so we almost fell down them. We also had trouble in middle of the night with them, as you needed to go up to the bathroom. Overall the hotel was great, just the room itself was meh. Not what I was expecting for the price, but the location was what you pay for.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as the hop-on hop-off bus (short walk). What I liked most was that they were able to accommodate our room very early in the morning after returning from a cruise. Staff was extremely helpful at both check-in and check-out. Since we were in town for only one day, we did not check out the terrace bar/restaurant, but it looked very nice. Our room overlooked it.
