The room coffee machine was very confusing to use. At the breakfast the coffee machine did not work. The person looking after things was not instructed on how to use it. I think staff were too busy with a convention meeting to have much focus on the other guests.

First off, the unit I was upgraded to was clean and modern. However, the "upgrade" was in a secondary apartment building. The apartment smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke all night due to people below; there was no wifi network for this unit and when I decided to read because there was no wifi, there are no lamps in the bedroom. When I went to the front desk to ask about the wifi, there was a sign at the desk that they were away for a bit. I waited 10 mins and left annoyed. There is also a lot of road noise and no black out curtains. And a cleaning lady used her key and came in at 9 a.m. and she was just as surprised to see me as I was to see her. She was told that I had already checked out. Nope! These are all mild irritants that make for a rather unpleasant stay.
