It was a short and nice experience, a clean room, nice towels and a great service. I asked for an extra bed and they wouldn't go in the room without the presence of the customers. Carpets were clean, and the staff was really nice to all of us.

The hotel is unique with a beautiful swimming pool area. The rooms are reasonable overall but the noise in the hallway comes through. You hear every noise. The wood floor was not cleaned well. The bedding would not stay attached to the mattress. The shower trim on the door was coming off. The shower itself was fine. Lots of hot water. The vending machine did not work. There is a nice restaurant attached with live entertainment some nights. The small table near the lamp in our room was not in good shape. The fire alarm low battery went off. We had to get maintenance to replace the battery. The TV is on a mantle and the mantle is not level so the TV was not level either. There is a work out area and a sauna. It is close to a shopping mall area and not far from the airport. Oh yes the USB ports in the room were broken as well.

We enjoyed the hot tub, the grill octopus in Ginger Restaurant was delicious, plenty towels at the pool and the Latin people working there were very friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful experience. We didn't speak French, but the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable, other than not having tea, I'm not a coffee drinker. We had to buy our breakfast, in the attached restaurant, but the food and service was excellent.

Easily accessible from Airport and Bus terminal, room is spacious and clean. A little far from downtown but considering the price and facilities, it's worth the trade off.
