The room was okay, though not what I felt like I booked. My husband and I actually had something come up and had to leave, the staff was extremely easy to work with and understanding, which was greatly appreciated.

When we arrived we were able to check in right away and the staff was very helpful with food recommendations in the area. The lady at the front desk explained the breakfast time and place. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. It is really convenient with a grocery store right across the street. I would recommend it and stay there again.

The room was incredible; the kitchen was such a nice touch, and it's pretty central to everything. You can't really walk to many places, BUT there are restaurants nearby, which is nice and walkable. The hotel is absolutely STUNNING, and the staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days and had the most wonderful stay ever. It was a romantic weekend for us. When we checked in, the front desk staff were extremely kind and patient, as we had just had the longest day ever. We genuinely can not wait to stay here again in April 2027. The rooms are clean and spacious. The balcony is a nice touch. The pool area, while we didn't go swimming, was beautiful. The hotel's Spanish influence is also lovely. The best part is that this hotel was extremely affordable, making it a no-brainer for us to return. Way better than the "luxury" overpriced robot hotel in the area.

We were there one night. Good location; not too close or too far away from Disneyland. Staff was polite, informative. A couple of fountains out front were algae-filled. The pool was basic but nice. Our room had a full kitchen, balcony, and nice TV area with sofa. The place was just a bit tired. Unnecessary decorative furniture in the halls that just made it hard to move your luggage. Earplugs were provided for street noise. Good place for families or those on a budget.
