This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Amazing service, everything was clean, the location was fantastic, and our room was very comfortable. Thank you so much Hotel Otani team! We’ll be coming back and telling all of our friends.

Highly recommend this hotel. The view from the room is breathtaking. The staff helped us with whatever we needed. Room was spotless and was maintained well by cleaning staff, freshening our room daily with fresh towels and amenities. Great facilities from the Japanese garden to the garden pool. But most importantly the location of the hotel is the biggest plus point. Easy access to the metro allowed us to explore Tokyo.

Traditional luxury hotel. Yes, standard rooms are a bit dated, bit they do the job. Big TV with streaming Apps, good sized bathroom, comfortable beds and beddings. Staff is amazing, very helpful and lots of smiles. Breakfast is ok. Good variety without being 5-stars. The best part is the amazing garden and the outdoor pool! It’s such a differentiator vs other Tokyo hotels and great for families to make the Tokyo experience so much better!
