Very nice arrival, with nice and professional personnel. Got an upgrade of the room which was also nice. On check out for early there was coffee and some croissant etc which is nice to start with before going to the airport hassles. It is also about as much as I want for breakfast. There is a rooftop bar with some food with probably the best view in Lisboa towards the castle, the river, the opposite areas and nearby steep hills with picturesque houses on top of each other. Most personell were execelent. Bathroom was clean and nice and spacious with place enough to put down your stuff. The bed could be be better, but was in no way unconfortable. Air con was good. There were enough electric outlets. Unfortunately, I didnt have time to visit the restaurant which looked great. The total was for me a rare 5 inspite of some minor things I have seen better in top hotels. And the it is in perfect location. ( have been in diffrent)

This was my fourth time at the Mundial and each time has been excellent. Now, with newly finished remodeling it's better than ever And, as always a great location for visiting old Lisbon in the surrounding areas

The breakfast is a bit lacking in quality. The refurbishment works, which are currently ongoing, are carried out in a smart and considerate way, avoiding disturbing guests as much as possible. The yet unrenovated rooms have a slightly older feeling, but everything (airco included) works as it should. Compliments to the staff in general, reception and both bars. Friendly and helpful people. Compliments especially to the rooftop staff, very welcoming. The smiles make you feel at home after just a few days.
