I initially had a poor impression of the hotel due to slow internet but it turned out to be temporary. The staff was very responsive and the hotel clean and very quiet. Because the hotel is in an entertainment area, restaurants tend to be expensive but there is a building across the main street in front of the hotel that has dozens of restaurants offering varied and affordable fare. My experience of the hotel and its location (within walking distance of Osaka station and major department stores ) was overall excellent.

The rooms were as advertised and bathroom was an average size for Japanese hotel standard. The public baths were a nice to have and great for relaxing after a long day of walking. The laundry service got quite crowded but we later realised you are able to check on your TV for availability. All necessary amenities provided in the room.

No lounge/common space, probably good for business people but not so good for tourists in my opinion, room ok but felt breakfast was fairly expensive
