Overall a very good hotel. English speaking staff, effecient cleaning staff, excellent service. Staff is highly competent. Room was very nice and quiet. Very easy to relax and rest here. Laundry service is excellent. Close to public transport, severel restaurants in the area, and close to Osaka Castle Park and Osaka-jo Hall. I recommend Them.

The place is just at the corner of the Australian Consulate, the main goal for my trip to Osaka, also 10 min walk to the Osaka Castle. The beautiful salon French style was very pleasing to see in Japan. They keep everything clean and rose smell in the reception area was amazing.
