Sadly to say, but I’d think twice about staying here. The price is good. But service was not good. Staff, some of them were not friendly

I booked a room here because they advertised a shuttle to the airport. When I arrived, they told me that they no longer had a shuttle, and sorry, no refunds. So I was hit with a fifty uber bill on top of what I already paid for the hotel & cancelled shuttle. Terrible customer service, they should have at least contacted me to let me know. There are much better places to stay in Abq.

The hotel has gone down so much. I have stayed countless times always had a great bar and food. And full breakfast in the mornings. Now just guest service people who look like they are all high on something. Will never Stay another night lots of family memories made at this location. Thanks for nothing
