Absolute perfection. The perfect way to end our Italy trip. The location was amazing - close enough to the Positano hustle and bustle but still managing to feel a little set apart. Great hotel restaurant. The pool is lovely. The private beach is phenomenal. The views from our room were breathtaking. The staff was out of this world. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the fifth hotel of our Italy trip and, by far, the most disappointing, despite also being the most expensive The views are beautiful and the location is great, but that’s about where the positives end. The bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on, with an extremely hard mattress and cheap, scratchy sheets. After housekeeping, there was no water left in the room, which is a small thing but pretty disappointing at this price point. We ordered room service one night, including a salad that was almost entirely croutons and dressing. When my wife called to ask for a replacement, the staff was rude and acted shocked that we even complained. The replacement club sandwich was also drowning in dressing. The beach club was similarly underwhelming. Very minimal service while charging luxury hotel prices for drinks. We stayed at the Grand Hotel Tritone earlier in the trip, paid less, and had an experience that was dramatically better. For the price, this hotel was simply not worth it we would not recommend it

Getting here with heavy luggage up the narrow streets and stairs was tough, but the staff made up for it immediately. When the front desk staff saw how exhausted and overheated we were, they immediately handed us cold water, and let us rest before even starting check-in. The location is amazing with views over Positano. We loved the pool, the beach club and the free pool bag with flipflops. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel with amazing views and one of the few hotels in Positano with its own beach access. Room was very large with a big balcony with sea view. Shower/bath was a bit dated. Breakfast was good. Getting to and from the beach requires a lot of steep stairs so keep that in mind - but that’s the case all over this coastal town. Staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Everything in the rooms were fantastic but I have to say the Breakfast was a very big let down. There is not much of a variety and once it's finished it's finished they don't get replenished. The beach bar and beach beds were nice but for a hotel this high end and expensive I would have expected abit more from the hotel and the toilets need attention at the beach area and needs changing rooms to change bikinis or swim wear. It was 35 degrees and once you don't have water they don't give you free daily water they say if you want water they expect you to pay 4 euros for water.

The hotel is very conveniently located. You can walk right up the street to the shops or go down the steps and be right to the beach . It was a great spot to stay, just far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful but close enough that you can walk everything. The staff was very helpful and very kind giving us referrals and restaurants and helping us set up reservations their terrace This bar/restaurant area is beautiful with an amazing view. The pool was great to hang out in with an awesome view. And the room itself was very nice with a little balcony and a great view. Overall a great place to stay I would stay there again
