The room was clean bed comfy the front staff wad exceptional very friendly an very helpful cant say enough about the front desk staff they made the stay great I would definitely stay here again my one suggestion would be a small refrigator in the room an a lock box my friend room had lock box mine didn't had to share his other than that great spot right in the middle of everything

Hotel Magnolia was a great experience. The room was superb and clean and very well lit. Location is prime. The staff was helpful and engaging and I enjoyed my stay there. Would come back again.

Very nice place, the home is really nice and clean. Our room was top, huge shower. Unfortunately they are working on the side of the building and making a lot of noise. It Is not Magnolia's team responsability. Location and hôtel are really top if you want to live the 'casco' experience.

They located us on the third floor, without elevator. They offered us help from their staff but the staff never arrived. We have to carry our own suitcases to the 3rd floor without elevator. The third floor was an open space, imagine the humidity and the heat, plus carry your own heavy suitcase to thourgh the 3 floors stairs. They sold us with a junior suite room... so sorry, it was not a junior suite at all. The bathroom did not have ac, and it was very hot inside of it.

Great location and friendly staff! We stayed on the top floor, in the ‘junior suites’, which required carrying our heavy bags up 69 steps—definitely a workout! The room was clean, quiet, comfortably cool, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you don't mind a bit of a climb! Excellent location, so close to many restaurants, shops and local attractions. The staff regularly messaged me with recommendations prior to our arrival with transportation options and restaurants, which we appreciated.
