Location is great, staff are not that friendly at the reception, e.g. both of us are checking in and she is still giving one key, no friendly smile, no much welcome even though this is the 4th time at the hotel. No mention of an upgrade and telling us if we want our free bottle of wine to go and get it for the bar. Breakfast was chaotic with one coffee machine not working and the other machine struggling. Reception at checkout was arguing with me that I said to hotels.com that reception is not friendly, makes me think carefully before booking this place again!

The Hotel Mademoiselle gave us a really lovely stay. It is very close to the Gard Du Nord, and easy to find, but it was still quiet without any traffic noise. The room was clean, with a large and comfortable bed. There was a continental breakfast available, and this was all good quality food. There was a large selection of options and you could eat inside or in the courtyard, which was very pleasant. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and they sent us away with a selection of pastries when we were checking out, because they didn't want us to miss out on breakfast due to an early train. We would definitely stay again. Thank you helping to make our son's first trip abroad so enjoyable!

Very cute and manicured boutique hotel boasting a cool vibe. Courteous and pleasant staff along with convenient location as well. We always felt comfortable and veritably enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location near Gare du Nord w great access to central Paris. We had plans change at the last minute and staff were very helpful. Upgraded to a junior suite for free when they noticed we were traveling with a child. Air conditioning worked great, room was comfortable, shower had great water pressure. All amenities 10/10. Would definitely stay again!
