The location is great however, the elevator wasn’t working throughout my stay and I had to lug large suitcases across the stairs. There wasn’t much available help and no notice this was happening either. Honestly, for the lack of transparency, and because the hotel was clearly being renovated and this wasn’t a last minute thing, I won’t stay here again. Just completely inconvenient.

Currently undergoing some Reno’s. Had an issue with our small room first night. We were given a much larger room for our last 2 nights. Very helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly. The room was small as I had read on previous reviews but it was okay for our 1 night stay. The shower cubicle was small. There were work going on in the hotel outside our room which is why I haven't given it a 5 star review as we did have some noise from this and I don't think we were told before our arrival that this was happening.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located just a few minutes walk from the station and easy to walk to the main sites. Breakfast was incredible! The bathroom in our room was a wet room which definitely needs better drainage as despite having very short showers, the water was getting very close to the door of the bathroom. The squeegee provided was helpful but I think the bathroom needs a bit of a redesign. We really enjoyed staying here and found it very quiet even with a street-facing room.
