The hotel was perfect for our short stay due to having a long layover; we just needed a night. Got in very, very late, and the self check-in was clear and easy. Reception was closed, so we were on our own. Also, having food options near by after midnight was truly helpful! Easy to get to a cab stand to catch our taxi the next morning to the airport.

To be honest, I don't understand why this hotel's reputation is bad. I was very satisfied with the location in Helsinki, the hotel facilities, staff attitude, and many other aspects, and if I really want to go back, I will keep visiting for a while.
