The only bad thing was that you only got one cup of coffe or the to the breakfast.

The location is great, literally out the door, turn left and about 3 minutes from the Old Bridge. There's a car park (and on-street parking if you're quick!) just about 2 minutes walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there's a restaurant attached to the hotel so it's easy to get some local Bosnian food in the evening. Breakfast was fun - very much not Northern European - but plenty of eggs and fruit and cheese. Rooms were okay - comfortable, but not fancy.

The location is perfect, the room is fine. The only thing I can say is that the hotel description says it has parking, but it doesn't have its own parking lot; there's a public one next door that the customer has to pay for.

The hotel is in a great location, just 20 yards from the Mostar Bridge, with its own restaurant both inside & outside & easy access to the old town & shops. Breakfast was fantastic & the staff were helpful. One issue with the hotel is fire safety. There are no fire notices or smoke alarms in the rooms or common areas & no fire exits marked or available that we could see. There is a narrow staircase up to the rooms (no lift) & the bathrooms are very small. It's in a great spot for the bridge but can also be noisy if you are in a room at the front. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Overall our stay was ok but we would not return.
