We booked the hotel to go for skiing in Formigal. The reception is located at the bar, next to local guys drinking beer. The room (201, standard room) is very small and looks quite old, as the whole hotel does. No glasses, no hairdryer, nothing. A lot of mould on the ceiling and the tiles of the bathroom The pictures do not show the real situation. Dinner is served only from 20:30 on and was really bad for the price. After 23:00 no one of the staff is there until 9 in the morning. Means no coffee or breakfast if you want to go a bit earlier. The heating is switched off during the night and not working in the morning, so with minus temperatures outside it’s freezing inside, specially in the bathroom. Not pleasant. Local youth that was drinking at the bar tried to rob our skies fixed at the car roof and were „writing“ nasty things on the car. Had to frighten them away.

Pues el hotel está genial, las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables y las instalaciones están muy limpias. El precio de lo mejor de la zona y el restaurante se come muy bien. Nuestra única objeción es que el domingo cuando nos levantamos y bajamos a desayunar pues nos encontramos la sorpresa de que estaba cerrado y no nos habían dicho nada y ese restaurante es lo único del pueblo así que tuvimos que irnos sin desayunar. Yo creo que con solo avisar ya hubiésemos previsto comprar algo para desayunar antes de salir y listo, pero se les pasó comentarnos nada y fue un poco lío porque el pueblo está apartado y hay que coger coche. Pero por lo demás muy bien.

Nos quedamos una noche y fue correcto, aunque hay algunos detalles a mejorar; la habitación estaba helada cuando llegamos (nos comentaron que es la zona nueva del hotel y que la calefacción se enciende a las 17h), el mecanismo de apertura de la puerta no funcionaba y tuvimos que pedir que reparasen una de las ventanas, que tampoco cerraba. Tampoco llegaba el Wi-Fi a esta zona nueva. No obstante, todo se solucionó! Gracias!! ☺️ Hay que tener en cuenta también que la ubicación no es la mejor del mundo, ya que estás a unos 20 minutos en coche del centro de Jaca.
