This hotel has excellent views of the alcazar and also hot air balloons from across the valley although depends on your room choice. Note premium rooms are advertised having an Alcazar view but ours didn’t, we had access to a balcony where we could walk out to the view (which was magnificent) otherwise blocked by another part of the building. Room spacious with comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Excellent breakfast. Room cleaning was hit and miss - had to ask for towels to be replaced and used glasses were not replaced. On arrival there were no welcoming words from reception, just a request for our passports. Information was provided when we asked but otherwise not forthcoming (contrast with the warm welcome experienced in Madrid hotel the week before). In summary, it’s a good hotel but could be that much better with relatively little effort.

This hotel looks great on the Expedia Website. The reality is even nicer. This may be the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. It's location is great- between the Cathedral and the Alcázar- Segovia's famous castle.

The hotel is very conveniently located, but you cannot trust gps to get you to the door. Had to drive in reverse to get out of the narrow street ( police are very helpful). Gal at the front desk was not helpful with parking (even though I requested it was not made available. The gentleman in the morning shift was extremely rude. The AC in the room was sub standard (and I mean by Spain standards)

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s within walking distance of many attractions, and restaurants making it an excellent base for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.
