Lovely friendly hotel in excellent location - perfectly positioned to explore Rome. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and well appointed. We had a small balcony and enjoyed sitting outside and admiring the view. Breakfast options were limited - no vegan options - so we ate breakfast outside the hotel most days but there were plenty of local places to go

Pros: + Air conditioning was good, it was lovely to come to the room after a long day in the hot weather. + Good location, easy to walk to almost any of the major sights. + Nice neighbourhood. + Bus stop right outside the door. + Elevator, made it easier to get to the room with the luggage + not having to climb a ton of stairs after a long day of walking. + Mini fridge, being able to store water etc in the cold. + The housekeeping came every day, and the reception took your room number when you left so the housekeeping didn’t come knocking when you were getting ready. + Having a balcony was a nice surprise. Cons: - Some of the reception staff was a bit unwelcoming/cold. - The rooms were a bit outdated, and I guess I was hoping for more for the price I paid. - You could hear everything from the hallway and outside, also a little bit from the neighbouring rooms. For example we heard the neighbouring room late at night when they were on the balcony, and I woke up to the cleaning sounds a few times. - The bed was a bit uncomfortable. - The water pressure in the shower was horrible and pretty much nonexistent. For us however, the pros outweighted the cons, and we did enjoy our stay. I could see myself going back to this hotel if I ever was to return to Rome – however, if you’re looking for a modern hotel or a luxury stay, this probably isn’t the one. We stayed for five nights and I think the hotel was very sufficient for a shorter stay such as ours: we mostly just slept there.

Room 201. Small. A LOT of noice from the street until past midnight even with windows closed. Bed was of poor quality. Hard and small for 2 people. Breakfast was okay. Location excellent.

The hotel is a little depressing. The room and the bathroom were quite good . The location is good. And the breakfast was good.
