Service and location is great. Staff are really attentive (patio bar, inside bar and in the reception.) Practical parking (close to the hotel). Somewhat overpriced.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and excellent value for money. When we booked - only basic rooms were available, but they were perfect in every way with gorgeous bathrooms. Only a city view room was available and we were concerned about noise - however the soundproofing was excellent. Restaurant and bar facilities were wonderful with friendly , professional staff. The location is excellent- right on the beach. Free beach towels made afternoons on the beech enjoyable. Perfectly located to visit all attractions. Couldn't recommend highly enough and would definitely recommend book if visiting the area again

The hotel is located on the beach. Our room was pretty good size. Beds were comfortable. Reception staff was vey helpful. Conveniently located to the old town center. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Easy to walk everywhere and right in front of the beach. Complimentary access to gym a few minutes away and 10-20% discount at the local spa.

Prime La Concha location. This hotel is part of the defining skyline of San Sebastian. The hotel team were very helpful ahead of our arrival and arranged parking for us in advance. This is a well run, well maintain hotel in a very beautiful location. Room was spacious, and we felt well taken care of during our stay.

Amazing location next to the boardwalk that can take you to all quarters quickly by foot. Incredible views of the fireworks.
