Great hotel... a little bit too crowded at breakfast time, making it difficult for guests to findca seat. Many stood in line for 20+ minutes

Beautiful hotel with spacious room and powerful shower. The room was quiet with efficient air-conditioning. Breakfast more than generous. The only downside was the free WiFi, the network was nonexistent, very unreliable. That was the biggest upset, not providing a sufficient internet for otherwise a very good hotel.

Great Hotel & Location, a busy city area, but it was not a distraction On-site parking is available and so is easy public transportation just outside the door, Once you park you could just take the Tram. Very presentable lobby and classy Breakfast Buffet. This place is taken care of and clean. The staff is constantly seen cleaning details.

Location of the hotel is good. The decor is ok, but dated. Breakfast offering and service were good. The one thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. Bed side cabinet had glass marks from previous guests that were not cleaned during my 2 day stay, bathroom/shower were not clean properly. As my room was overlooking the street, trams were very noisy but there is not much that can be done about it.
