This is my second stay at his hotel and love the vibe of the strip and the vicinity to the water transportation was amazing..

Very basic hotel at decent, for Venice, price. Rooms was very dated and basic with small bathrooms that really needed a good refurb. Good location 5 mins from water bus and some nice restaurant near by. Beach area is nothing great and a 15 mins walk to the Public area. Breakfast basic affair but nice coffe. Staff where lovely in all areas of the hotel .

This is a nice hotel when on a budget In Venice. Nothing fancy but fine. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was okay. We had quite a few small pigeon feathers on the floor in our room, which was kind of off putting. We liked staying on the Lido and using the vaporetto while we were in Venice .

Property was in need of refurbishment, very dated. Rooms were clean with fresh towels everyday, beds were very comfy. We arrived after the normal check in times but were able to arrange this prior to our arrival and had no problems. Air Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice and only one toaster to serve everybody. Bread had been out for a while and had gone hard and the chopped pieces of apples were brown from sitting around. Perfect location and can’t fault the staff, I would come back again!
