Lovely comfy beds and pillows in our triple room. Air con was definitely a plus in the unexpected warm weather. The reception team were so friendly and responsive to any query.

Pictures and the reality is different at the place but in a good way. We have stayed at the roof top room and it was so comfortable to stay as a family. Location of the hotel was so comfy to reach the places

I was so much satisfied with the triple room, which was so spacious. Besides, the air conditioner was so precious for us due to hot weather. The staff were so kind and nice. The location is also perferct, where every tourist spots are within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The AC in the room did not work properly. The bigger issue was the mold in the room, the unclean bathroom ( it smelled of urine ), multiple items found within the sheets including another guests hair and other items that suggested the room had not been properly cleaned. We got in late and had to deal with it but as circumstances resulted in staying in the city another night, we chose another hotel. Would not recommend these accommodations. Staff was made aware of all issues and was not remorseful

Breakfast was ok. Too many gnats and ants around it though as it is in the basement and not like it’s near an outside door or windows. But all in all, they are doing good and I would stay there again.
