Location is good, views from the room are good. Food is decent. AC is not cold enough, room had roaches. This place is very old and not well kept.

Room was duty, no towels, no toilet paper. No trash cans.sink was leaking advised receptionist and they didn't send no one to fix it Staff was rude and neglected. No amenities inside room

No luggage assistance- you have to walk up several flights of stairs with your own luggage. Hotel is dirty and has cockroaches. No towels in the room … very misleading from the website. Highly disappointed should be taken off Expedia.

Very disappointed. Facilities seem deteriorating and with poor hygiene. Cockroaches are hanging out in the bathroom.

The Pool water was green . I slept with a stuff pillow. The elevator to the breakfast dinner and the pool smells bad . The hotel need maintenance.
