The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation but clean. Breakfast was OK. The younger girl in reception (unfortunately can’t remember her name) was super helpful in writing down things to do in the area that are not so touristy. We had an amazing day thanks to her. She was also very helpful in informing about parking which we didn’t get upon checking in with someone else.

The Continental is an old hotel very well located in Rijeka. It was clean but dated and in need of a refresh. Parking is tough and I wish I had prepared ahead of time for the situation. The breakfast was good, the restaurant seemed updated and the restaurant staff were very nice and professional. If you want a reasonably priced hotel near the Corso then consider the Continental but be ready with parking expectations before arrival.

The breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold offerings, WAY better than a continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. A real bargain and pleasant location.
