They didn’t give me the room which I booked for. The guy at reception told me that he is going to give me room at a floor higher than elevator goes and I have to climb by stairs with my 3 big suitcases. When I opposed he said we don’t advertise that we provide elevator and it’s not written anywhere when we sell room. This was worst excuse and it was really terrible for me.

The hotel is excellent, situated right opposite HBF. It offers brand-new, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning, which was especially noticeable given this year's particularly hot summer in Germany.

Loved the breakfast, and the water pressure in the shower was great.

This hotel is in a great position opposite the railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. Staff were very friendly and professional. Fantastic choice of food at breakfast

The most adorable thing about Hotel Conti is its retro feel: the 90s decor, the hefty room keys that you leave at the front desk, the tiny Euro-shower that leaks water through the door seal. It is clean, and functional, and very well situated just across from the Bahnhof. Could be loud if facing the road, but my room faced the back and was very quiet.
