We booked this hotel for the pool but we were not allowed to use it as it was a pool used for schools etc. It is a false claim to say they have a pool and use lots of pictures in it describing the hotel

The room was spacious. But felt cold as the floor was very cold and the heating had to be on full all the time but still didn’t warm the room much. The bathroom smelt of stagnant water, which seems a theme in the Balkans. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of options and fresh. Hot choices of eggs and sausages as well as ham, cheese, bread, salad, pastries, cereal, yoghurt etc. Very good location. Ideally between the bus station and central square, with only 10 minutes walk to either.

Nice and clean room, the concierge was very friendly and helpful with showing us the area where to go for dinning and coffee. I needed to leave very early in the morning and they gave us food to go which was very thoughtful of them.
