Beautiful hotel well placed for exploring Jerez. The staff were very friendly and helpful but be aware they are local so some Spanish is helpful. We were given lots of advice, had a beautiful room overlooking the square and made the most of the hotel bar and gardens. The food and drink is very good value for a five star hotel and the T22 restaurant is highly recommended. Breakfast is not a buffet and there is a lot delivered to your table which can be a little overwhelming - if you are small breakfast people like us and don’t want it to be wasted, maybe be clear about what you want before it all starts to arrive.

Ideally located for a sightseeing visit to Jerez as it is in easy walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel itself was beautiful and felt luxurious. All the staff were friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to interact with. The choice for breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared as ordered. Meals and drinks on the terrace in the evening were a favorite way for us to end the day. The rooftop pool was really a small plunge pool, ideal for cooling off but not for any swimming. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Fabulous hotel, so glad we picked it. Lovely garden and patio bar/restaurant. Didn't use the formal restaurant as like to wander out in the evening but the patio restaurant was lovely. Room was great and good bath and shower arrangement - separate shower area beside bath. Impressed that there were hair tongs as well as hairdryer. On the roof is a pool but more a plunge pool - impressed with the disability seat. Could do with some sun bed cushions as the rattan gets red hot. Would definately go back. And lovely staff :) PS and great location.

Beautiful hotel with lovely quiet garden, ideal situation in Jerez. Rooms spacious and great bathrooms. Breakfast menu limited but they do invite you to ask for anything else. Staff were very friendly and helpful
