The hotel and grounds was beautiful! The staff was very helpful and kind. Alejandra was especially helpful and welcoming. She helped us secure a transfer to the airport as well as recommendations for bike rentals and other information. The grounds has 3 lovely dogs on property who are adorable and sweet. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Friendly staff - 1 struggle w English, other 2 very good. Guess Owner, old lady always there with smile, she can’t speak English. Free coffee and tea and water at reception through out the day. Check out 6.30am and simple take away breakfast (sandwich ham w cheese n drinks n snacks) ready.

We would definitely stay here again! The staff of the hotel is super kind and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and wathever you need you can ask them any time and they will help you, the front desk staff is there 24 hours. We had a tour super early, we let them know with anticipation and they had a box lunch ready to go for us. They have a storage where we can leave our stuff after the check out hour, plus we can still use the bathrooms, showers, pool while we were picked up to go to the airport. Excellent service!

The hotel was tired and needs upgrading but the staff was fantastic and shared washroom area was super clean …. But desperately needs updating.
