This is a beautiful hotel. Amazing, professional staff. Gorgeous rooms if you like historical hotels. Great central location and very walkable to local attractions and points of interest. Favorite spot in Genoa.

Do not stay in room 228 as very noisy as near elevator and restaurant. Got no sleep and very disappointed with stay. No understanding by staff or compensation, would not recommend. Unacceptable level of noise late at night and early morning, not a 5 star experience in any sense unfortunately.

This is a great hotel located in the center of Genoa. You can walk from the train station but if you have luggage, you’ll need a taxi. There are plenty waiting outside. I really enjoyed this hotel except for the fact that you cannot have use of a steamer should you needed. In addition it would be really more aesthetically pleasing if they would remove the bins in the hallways next to the stairs. It really is unslightly. Even if they put a cover over them. It’s such an elegant building so it’s quite a surprise to see it on every floor. The breakfast is really lovely. Rooms are a nice size and the air-conditioning works brilliantly. The location of this hotel is brilliant for walking to the sites and there are plenty of fantastic restaurants all around.
