Love the staff and location..minutes from the square where tours start. Beautiful breakfast spread and a cute little place to sit outside with gondolas passing by all the time..so cool! Only 4 stars because room (102) so tiny..barely room for 2 suitcases..had to stumble around and barely open the door.

Hotel is in a good location although there were quite a few stairs to get there and we had very heavy luggage. It’s hard to justify the room rate but that’s just Venice!

Great location w/water taxi dock! Great staff (especially Joanne!) Loved the Venetian room AC hardly worked, the room was very warm.

The hotel had a perfect location walking distance to everything and the staff was awesome. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable.

staff was so helpful with navigating water taxis and getting from place to place. they had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see. we loved that the water taxi came right up to the hotel and we only had to take the elevator down to the main floor to catch it. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious! Probably the freshest breakfast I've ever had. From eggs to juice to fresh honey (on the comb!)...it was memorable. We had a great time!!
