Good froggy tema. Difficoult for disable persons to open room doors. To advanced and small screen and door knobb. Watch your steps even a few and catch the handle. Personnel fantastic helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. Parking 300m away if not reserved at hotel early.

Great place to stay! There weren't really any amenities to speak of, so that's why that's low. But it was clean and great. We LOVED Trier! We would go again!

Loved the frog decor. Great location and a great property in the heart of the old city. Warm, helpful staff and good security for our tandem bicycle in the locked basement parking garage.

Got a room facing a side street with a bar with very noisy clientele. Managed to change room and when doing that the staff tells me that they have a lot of complaints for that room due to noise from the bar… Key code panel to open door, not very user friendly.

I was rather surprised at how great this hotel is. It was in an unsuspecting area that was very close to the main plaza in Trier. The best part was the comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning. I had the best night's rest in a long time.
