I think the hotel should manage and train its staff better, so guests don’t have to feel uncomfortable during their stay. I checked in on Friday at around 9pm. While I was at the front desk completing my check-in, there was a slim man wearing a dark coat standing next to the staff member who was assisting me. He looked like a manager. First, his facial expression made me feel very uncomfortable. He looked extremely unhappy and unwelcoming, with a very cold and unfriendly expression. I’m a guest who came here to travel and relax, so of course I would like to have a pleasant experience. Seeing that kind of expression at the front desk really affected my first impression. If he doesn’t want to smile or interact with guests, perhaps he shouldn’t be standing at the front desk. Second, while my check-in was still in progress, he suddenly leaned over and spoke quietly to the staff member who was serving me. Honestly, I found that quite rude and distracting. My check-in wasn’t even finished yet. Where is the basic courtesy? As for the hotel itself, the room was quite clean and spacious. However, the lifts were a big disappointment. I had to wait at least 5 minutes for the lift almost every time, which was really inconvenient and a waste of time. The bathroom was also not as clean as I expected. There was some algae/mould around the bathroom area, and it looked like it had not been properly scrubbed. Honestly, I don’t think I will choose this hotel again.

Had a one night stay here. Room was huge and staff was polite. However, staff are not too sure about the "newly imposed" tourism tax by the government.

Very spacious room, lots of table space to place handbags and cosmetics. Managed to get an unobstructed view room. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and quite yummy. Room service food was good but was unable to get dessert after 10pm (room service ends at 11pm) Would be good if there is a towel rack within reach of the shower. Shower itself has good water pressure and heater was excellent and quick. Housekeeping service was prompt but had to contact them as the daily room service wasn’t (missing towels, floor towel not replaced daily, face towel requested upon check-in but never provided, coffee sachets not replenished) Iron and ironing board were awesome but no hair dryer in the room. No disposable slippers provided. Location : no convenience store nearby (petrol kiosk has minimal stock) Easy access to several food districts if driving or e-hailing
